About
The organization operates two aligned programs from Hummelstown, PA: Lower Dauphin Soccer Association (LDSA) recreational soccer and PA Classics Harrisburg travel soccer. LDSA offers year-round recreational programs for children aged 3 through high school, plus the TOPSoccer program for young athletes with mental or physical disabilities, which began in 2005. On the travel side, PA Classics Harrisburg teams compete in local, state, regional, and national leagues and events. The club was known as Penn FC Youth until a February 2025 partnership with PA Classics; starting with the 2025-2026 season it became PA Classics Harrisburg, fielding teams alongside PA Classics Lancaster and PA Classics Reading, with access to the MLS Next and Girls Academy (GA) league platforms. In 2025 the club's 2007F Black team won the USYS National Championship, completing a sweep of the EPYSA State Cup, the USYS Eastern Regional Championship, and the national title in its final match as Penn FC Youth. In February 2026 the club announced a strategic partnership with the Capital Area Soccer Association (CASA). The club also hosts the Coppa Classico and Spring Warm Up tournaments.
