About
Manheim Soccer Club (PO Box 96, Manheim, PA 17545) is a volunteer organization offering affordable and competitive youth soccer for kids aged 5 to 18 in the Lancaster area. The intramural program (ages 5-8) plays small-sided games at Logan Park on Sunday afternoons, with coed 4v4 play at U6 and separate boys and girls divisions at U8; score is not kept and there are no goalies. The recreational program (ages 8 to 13) fields separate boys and girls teams with light travel: girls teams play in the Lancaster Area Girls Soccer League (LAGS) and boys teams in the Lancaster County Boys Youth Soccer Association (LBYSA). The travel program (ages 8 and up) holds spring tryouts that place players on teams for the fall and spring seasons; most travel teams play in the Lanco Soccer League, with some in the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (CPYSL). Player registration runs through GotSport; intramural and recreational players register each season while travel registration is yearly.
