FC Pittsburgh Youth Soccer Club aims to compete at the highest levels of local, regional, and national competition while providing open and inclusive opportunities for all young players, regardless of background or financial means. The club emphasizes player development through tailored training programs and highlights its teams' success in local and regional tournaments. FC Pittsburgh is sponsored by Esmark: the Bouchard family founded FC Pittsburgh Soccer with a $250,000 grant for youth soccer development and has contributed more than $300,000 toward the program. Recent programs include FCP Spring Juniors, a six-week Friday session at the Greater Pittsburgh Sports Complex in Coraopolis, and the 2026 FCP Summer Camp at Quaker Valley High School Stadium (July 27-31).
